We are currently looking for a Senior Carer to work within Adult and Community Services. The vacancy is based in the East London.
Job Summary:
? To ensure a quality residential care, training, advice and other support services are provided to adults with learning disabilities and their carers in accordance with the Service Principles and Council Policy and under the supervision of the Unit Manager.
? Undertake training and development to gain additional knowledge of service as required to allow for continuous improvement in service delivery.
? To ensure personal performance targets and service levels are achieved and support the overall service and performance plans for the service on behalf of the Council.
? To actively promote the Council's products and services
