A leading multi-disciplinary design consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their expanding team in Cardiff.
You will be responsible for the following -
Develop innovative technical solutions
Act as mentor to less experienced team members
Co-ordinate work with multi-disciplinary teams
Support design management of projects and bids
Encourage the promotion of, and compliance with, quality, safety and environmental systems
Assist in the development, promotion and implementation of company technical strategies
Interface with clients on project technical, commercial and progress matters
Line management responsibility for assigned staff
Ensure capture of key project and technical knowledge
You will be a chartered engineer with membership of a relevant professional institution and experience in technical delivery of clean and waste water treatment and network projects.
