Senior Claims Technician –Bristol location – up to £35K

Our client, one of the UK’s leading composite insurance companies seeks a Senior Claims Technician to join their busy team. They seek an individual that seeks a challenge and can assist with the development of a team of Claims Handlers.
About the Role:
Your role will be to assist in the development of Claims Handlers and assisting with managing the section to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Dealing with telephone, written and electronic queries regarding claims.
Assisting with the development of new and existing staff.
Liaising with internal and external customers.
Co-ordination of quality audits.
You will be the referral point for your team members regarding technical queries and complaints.

Key Skills/Experience Required:
Must have previous claims experience.
Strong negotiation skills both written and verbal.
Must be a team player.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Must have the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Professional Qualifications Required:
You MUST have your ACII qualification.
Salary/Benefits Information:
Salary up to £35,000, depending on experience.
