 And me?

This role supports one of our major client Tesco. You will be working to develop Tesco engagements via creation of comprehensive work plans for Commercial, Marketing & CIU and shape relationships via management of Team focus & performance

 Key Responsibilities of this role include;

Uses an extensive knowledge of all dunnhumby Insight & Media solutions & Tesco priorities to actively manage the ongoing Tesco contact strategy and Team interface.
Develops & delivers integrated value added Client initiatives. Working with Tesco to capture & qualify ROI. Adopts Client engagement standards & tools.
Leads the alignment and integration where relevant, of Ireland processes and solutions into the UK.
Builds strong relationships with Solutions Teams, promotes & demonstrates the Power of Two approach.
Manages the interests of Tesco within the dunnhumby Financial system.
Uses knowledge of Tesco internal processes and competitor products & services to develop USP's & realise potential.
Shapes and prioritises client development by showing the relevance of dh proposition and evidence of success in driving value

Personal Specification:

Essential
Educated to Degree level or equivalent
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
FMCG experience or agency dealing with such
Rounded commercial experience (sales and marketing)
Working to financial targets
Strong customer focus
Manages change
Experience interacting at senior management level
Project management

Desirable
Educated to Degree level in a related field
Language skills
Team management
Experience of working with Tesco
Structured career development supported by appropriate training
Experience of several different category areas
