Specific skills required:
- business literate, financially and commercially astute with the ability to understand complex business models
- ability to understand commercially, technically and financially complicated issues and translate into terms that can be captured in contractual documents
- Excellent negotiating, communications and inter-personal/influencing skills
- Good knowledge of the commercial impact and implications of contract or property law
- Ability to identify, quantify and minimise commercial risk
- Excellent analytical skills
- Results driven with the ability to time manage
- Strong understanding and experience of the Food / Manufacturing industry
- Understanding of the Regulation and regulatory price control regimes
- Good computer knowledge
- Hold a UK driving license and be willing to travel across the UK
