Job Role

Based in the South East and reporting into the Commercial Director and LEP Director you will be part of the commercial team looking at the pre construction financial and legal aspects of bids within the PFI market. This will include bids in a number of sectors with the main area being the education sector. The company are involved with the BSF Programme and Academies Framework and have a number of key relationships in the Public Sector.
The successful candidate will need commercial experience within the PFI market and will have to understand the payment mechanisms within. Education sector experience is preferable but is not a prerequisitehowever you must have experience of managing financial and legal aspects at the pre construction stage and ideally have bid part of a PFI bid team previously.
They are a leading construction services company with revenues in excess of £2 billion and over 10,000 employees. They operate in a number of vertical markets including, civil engineering, property development and PFI.
Circa £70,000 base plus car, health, pension and bonus
