Technology Design.
You will take a leading role in design and delivery of
multi-disciplinary projects making use of your extensive product development
experience and project leadership skills. It is an excellent opportunity for an
experienced engineer or scientist to find novel and radical solutions to new and
existing problems under tough commercial, regulatory and time
constraints.
As primary technical point of contact for clients you’ll
need proven project management skills to lead multi-disciplinary teams including
engineers, fluid dynamicists, industrial designers and laboratory scientists.
You’ll also support the business development function, exhibiting and presenting
at key conferences, developing relationships with current and future clients
through your understanding of their needs and writing proposals to define work
programmes.
To be considered, you need a very high level of practical experience with
proven technical skills in either optics, electronics/software,
electro-mechanics, or fluidics and have spent substantial time in an engineering
design environment. Probably degree qualified you need plenty of project
management experience and excellent understanding of medical device development
processes compliant with ISO 13485 and QSR is also a key requirement.
