Brief Outline
A leading player within the Demolition industry requires a Contracts Manager due to their continued growth in the North West. The successful candidate must have worked for a Demolition sub contractor

About the Role
* Estimate, assess and evaluate tenders
* Manage all aspects of a contract ensuring maximum profit is achieved
* Liaise with clients and sub-contractors
* Develop relationships with existing clients
* Compile Method Statement
About the Candidate
* Minimum of ten years experience in the Demolition industry
* Proficient in Contract, Project and Site Management
* Excellent client facing skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Managed projects in excess of £5million
