Interview format; formal question and answer at first interview - possible second informal meeting with the team
Client Industry; Business Service / Supply (Global)
Client Location; close to the M62 - would probably best suit a car / ownner driver
Reporting the Head of Credit Control your primary responsibility in the first instance will be to assess and take control of an Aged Debt listing currently valued at about £100k
The write off of these debts is not an option so the primary function with be the investigation and collection of the debt.
Once this initial task has successfully been completed you will be asked to take responsibility for several high profile Key Accounts with the primary responsiblity for Credit Control and resolution query.
You will take responsibility for investigating and resolving queries that are preventing payment - and from this you will need to build and maintain relationships with you Customers.
You will need to a broader view moving forward with regards to reassessing Credit Limits and reviewing internal procedures to ensure a better quality of service to your Customers.
Finally you will be asked to take a more central role in the day to day supervision of the team - therefore you should either be a team leader / already have been seconded to a team leader role for a period of time or have the desire to make a move into Supervision.
