An exciting opportunity exists to join a growth focussed international software solutions company. Currently one of the market leaders in their field, they are looking for an ambitious and articulate individual to join and grow with them.
The role involves liaising with existing and new clients to gain a more complete understanding of their solution needs and to ensure that they are fully utilising the total product portfolio available. To actively contribute to the building and retention of profitable business and sustainable relationships. To demonstrate excellent customer service and to increase existing client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will need to be an excellent communicator, with a passion for customer service and the ability to recommend appropriate solutions to match customers needs. Existing product / market knowledge is not required though the willingness and ability to pick up this knowledge and become a product specialist is a must.
