Career Progression

1.To manage workflows, ensuring that all deadlines set by the company or bank are met.

2.To deal with all inbound calls from clients in portfolio and resolving their queries efficiently and professionally.

3.To complete all client correspondence received on a daily basis.

4.To proactively build and maintain excellent client relationships, to increase client retention.

5.To ensure corrective action is taken for every account in portfolio with an overdrawn balance each day and remedial action is taken to save it happening again.

6.To identify then providing accurate information to the risk team with regards to possible fraudulent use of the managed account and money laundering activity.

7.Proactive management of problem accounts to reduce number of inbound calls and improve client satisfaction levels.

8.To ensure that banking fees collected each month exceed the targeted %.

9.Management of Direct Debits and Standing Orders to include new and amended instructions as well as processing and tracking of indemnity claims.

10.To provide accurate information to the management team regarding any closed accounts.

11.To assist team members and ensuring targets are achieved, as and when necessary.

12.To ensure that company policies and standards are adhered to.

13.Any other duties as requested by your Manager.

Must have telephone based customer service experience
