This is a hybrid role for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM / MS CRM Consultant which will include both technical and functional consulting, working within a CRM consultancy team and reporting directly to the Head of Projects on a daily basis. This is a lively and dynamic team with a strong mix of personalities, so good communication skills and the ability to take pressure will be key. You will be working on MS CRM projects in both a business and technical capacity and will provide advice / mentor junior consultants as well as providing a trouble shooting and technical issue resolution capacity within the team.
The role will include business process engineering, working with clients to define their CRM requirements, architecting solutions, developing the CRM system to meet requirements, estimating delivery and infrastructure consultancy such as installations and performance tuning, including stack technologies such as Sharepoint. You will provide Team Leadership on complex Dynamics CRM projects and review junior consultants deliverables. You will be measured on your ability to provide functional and technical leadership, to meet client satisfaction goals and your ability to mentor junior consultants.
Ideal profile:
* In depth CRM experience, ideally with the latest versions of Dynamics CRM / MS CRM (Sage CRM also useful)
* Proven background in a consulting role
* C#, SQL Server and SQL Scripting skills with a good development background
* Experience of add on components such SharePoint, C360, MS CRM SDK, Scribe and/or QlikView very useful
* Experienced in gathering business requirements, with strong analytical skills
* Leadership and teamwork skills
