Senior e-Commerce Support Analyst LINCOLN up to £18,000
Are you bi-lingual English/Dutch?
Have you got experience in an e-Commerce environment?
My client requires a Senior Support Analyst to provide second line support for the company`s e-Commerce systems throughout Europe .
You will have a structured approach to ecommerce & website management, and will be responding to customer issues received by telephone, email and the web-portal.
You will be creating and growing customer relationships and you will have proven ecommerce and customer service experience, with significant previous experience in an ecommerce support desk.
