Senior Electronics Engineer - Basildon, Southend, Wickford, Chemsford
Do you have experience of high speed digital circuit design? Are you qualified to degree level in in Electronic Engineering? Do you have a high level of competence in SMPS design and motor control? If you can answer yes to all of the above then we want to hear from you.
Duties:
Take a leading role in the design, development and transfer into manufacturing of a training simulator. This will involve a good understanding of the requirements of electronic product design, combined with a practical approach to the design of high reliability electronic systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have a degree, or equivalent, in electronic engineering
Experience in high speed digital circuit design using FPGAs & PC bus architecture, such as PCIE.
Excellent VHDL skills, including an understanding of bus interface protocols and the use of position encoders, is essential.
Must have a high level of competence in SMPSU design and motor control, including closed loop control systems.
Hours of work: 8.00am to 6.00pm - Monday to Friday
