SENIOR ESTIMATOR - ESSEX - ATTRACTIVE PACKAGE

My client is a leading group operational in various different sectors of the market including design and build, groundworks and civil engineering, concrete frame and remediation, predominantly working in the residential market as well as commercial and retail.

They currently require a Senior Estimator to work within a commercial team of 6 to price tenders ranging from £200K-£15M in value.

The successful candidate will be hands on and will be expected to present tenders to the commercial director and work closely with him prior to tender documentation going out to the client. You will be able to build up your own bills of quantities and take off, involving other employees as necessary.

Ideally you will have had some exposure to groundworks and concrete frame, however individuals from a main contracting or development background will be considered if they have a unique drive and ambition about them.

A large salary and package is available for the right candidate, something of which would not be mentioned on this advertisement, however please call for me information.
