Job Description - Estimator / Intermediate Estimator / Senior Estimator

A great opportunity for Senior Estimator has arisen to join our client, strong well established main contractor. Our client is part of a large group of construction companies founded. They are a national building contractor serving their customers throughout England and Wales. Their UK turnover is over £260m and they offer expertise in a range of sectors including:-

The Role - Estimator / Intermediate Estimator / Senior Estimator

This London office is based in Hertfordshire on the edge of North London. They are looking for a proven Senior Estimator to join a very busy Estimating division to win work work from both new and established clients and have the authority to present a professional image of the company. Due to the nature of the role this Senior role will primarily be office based but will also have to attend site / client meetings and fulfil other out of office obligations when required. You will have a proven career as Estimator and you WILL require strong experience on large projects of £25m +.


The Candidate - Estimator / Intermediate Estimator / Senior Estimator

Ideally the Senior Estimator will have a minimum of five years experience in a similar level of Estimator role and have experience of Industrial projects and Design & Build. You will definitely NEED 'two stage tender' experience and be able to demonstrate career stability and recent career experience of working for large main contractors on high value projects within London as an Estimator on two stage tenders on projects of £20m and above. You will report directly to the Estimating Manager and Commercial Director.
