46927758 Senior Estimator London £40000 to £60000 per annum Permanent jobs Updated 17/03/2010 18:08 Job Role Your role will be to provide a professional and efficient estimating service forrail projectscomprising ofcivil engineering, OLE, P-way and S&T works tendered by the company, ensuring that contracts can be won to meet the overall business and financial objectives. You will be expected to handle varied and diverse information, ensuring that the estimating processes is thoroughly completed and submitted within required deadlines, to meet the objectives of the Company.
Ideally from a contractor background you will have previous experience gained within a similar role ideally within the rail sector although a strong civil engineering background will be considered. You should have Knowledge and interest in the tender process for civil engineering and rail contracts and a good awareness and knowledge of forms of contract and methods of measurement
