Senior Facility Management Opportunity

Our client are an independent facility management organisation with an enviable client base and a reputation for the provision of `best in class' FM delivery.
Their continuing success and the successful tender of a large Facilities Management account has brought about the potential opportunity to manage soft services within a high profile organisations HQ West of London.
Responsibilities are:
*Soft services management and input to Hard services which will be predominantly managed by the Technical Manager
*Management of soft services management team.
*Financial management of profit and loss
*Continual identification and implementation of contract improvements
*Continual Innovation
You will be an experienced manager with prior experience of managing high profile facilities and providing soft services management. Commercially astute, you will have managed profit and loss or at least budgets. Our Client has also specified the need for a truly operational manager who has experience of managing direct reports, not just sub-contracted services; as such experience working for a service provider is preferred although not essential.
A high profile role within a rapidly growing organisation, this is a fantastic opportunity for candidates to progress their careers. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience but is expected to be in the region of £50k car + benefits
