We are currently looking for an Senior HR Advisor to work within Community Services. The vacancy is based in the East Midlands.
To provide expert HR and employment advice at a senior level to all service areas within the Council, and under a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to schools throughout the county, on a wide range of operational HR issues
To provide formal and informal advice on discipline, grievance, performance management, attendance and bullying and harassment.
To provide expert advice on change management, including restructures, redundancies, redeployment and TUPE transfers.
To provide consistently high quality advice to managers to ensure they remain within legislative framework and appropriate codes of practice
To establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all customers and stakeholders to enable a visible, proactive, challenging and consultancy approach.
Candidates must hold a clear enhanced CRB, references covering the last 5 years and a full CV covering and explaining any gaps in your employment history and also having the reasons for leaving your previous posts.
