Position: Director HR Business Partner
Location: London (Thames Bridge)
Salary: £90-100K Depending on experience
ROLE:
Our client is now seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner with 8-10 years progressive experience to build and closely integrate the human resources function with the European business.
Based at the company`s European headquarters in the UK, the successful candidate will jointly report into the Company`s UK based Managing Vice President and the US based Chief People Officer and will be a well-rounded HR generalist with a broad exposure to areas including Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Recruitment.
Working as both business advisor and employee champion the HR Business Partner will actively assess and anticipate HR related needs and seek to develop successful solutions via strong partnerships within the UK leadership team and the entire human resources organization.
Accountable for providing a high level of service in the identification and acquisition of talent, the HR Business Partner also serves to help promote and cultivate a strong, lasting corporate culture which retains this talent.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) You will have a degree level education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
b) You must be able to demonstrate sound generalist experience with strong working knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, and ideally learning and development, compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition.
c) Prior work experience in a European or EMEA wide role is important along with demonstrated strength in project management.
d) The individual will be highly motivated, flexible and proactive with the ability to think laterally and to support all areas of the business by applying HR expertise to find pragmatic commercial solutions.
d) Flexibility is required as some travelling in Europe and the US may be required.
