Fantastic opportunity to join a leading international financial services company on a six month fixed term contract
Our client is looking for an individual with strong HR Generalist experience to deliver a strategic HR consultancy service to the business. You will be required to deliver internal consultancy proactively within a project environment and develop innovative concepts to ensure the company gets the best from its people.
A strong business awareness and financial acumen are required, alongside the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and managers. The successful candidate will be innovative, with creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
It is essential that you are CIPD qualified with experience of the following:
-Working within a regulated environment, such as Insurance or Financial Services
-Project outsourcing (from inception to finish)
-TUPE and Merges and Acquisitions
-Matrix structures
-Liaising at Director Level
This position will be dual-site based, and so some travel will be required (all travel expenses will be paid).
