Our Client requires a Senior HR ManagerThis role supports the application and user base across the areas of Environmental Health, Licensing, Trading Standards, Estates Management, Anti-Social Behaviour, Waste Management & Local Land Charges The requirement is for an experienced Information Systems Support Analyst to provide application support / system administration / report writing skills for the Idox (previously CAPS-Solutions) Uniform application.Knowledge of and experience with the Idox Uniform TLC (Total Land Charges) application would be advantageous.Knowledge of Northgate M3 application (Planning and Building Control modules) would be useful but is not essential.The objective is to have someone who can slot in to this support role and enable us to cross-train another team member / undertake a knowledge transfer on a further application where we are short on support resources. The requirement is for a person with relevant expertise with the Idox Uniform application. - Uniform is originally a CAPS-Solutions Ltd local authority information system which has many modules and supported and administered by the team in the areas of both application and user support. - It is now classed as an Idox Group application as CAPS was bought by Idox in summer 2008. - Uniform does include Planning and Building Control modules, but these are not in use at BHCC. Our installation mainly covers the Environmental Health and Licensing modules. (This covers a multitude of regulatory operations and inspection regimes – Food Safety, Liquor and Gambling Licensing, Health & Safety in Commercial Premises, Noise complaints/Anti-Social Behaviour, Animal Welfare and Pest Control, Waste management (refuse / recycling collections). We also utilise the Estates Management and Trading Standards modules. - Requirement is for a candidate with system administration and module administration/supervision experience. - Experience and knowledge of the Idox (again ex-CAPS) TotalLand
