This role will be managing a team of ten within the company's people centre who act as an front-facing HR customer services team and first port of call for all HR related queries. Reporting directly to the Global HR Director and also the EMEA HR Director, the role requires an individual with a strong operational HR / people management background who can enhance address and enhance the internal customer experience of the HR operations service. In addition, the individual will be driving through efficiencies through tight management of core HR processes and practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leverage scale and be organised to drive efficiencies in HR processes
* Take responsibility for the management and administration of employee contracts and terms and conditions, communications, pay, benefits and bonus
* Tracking and monitoring HR customer service levels effectively
* Accountable for the execution of UK Compensation and Benefits
* Work with International Function to ensure international guidelines are adhered to
* Be an integral member of the Senior HR team working closely with the EMEA Business Director and Global HR Director
* Accountable for UK payroll and maintaining records relating to employees
* Develop strong working relationships with the HR Business Partners, Benefits, International HR and Legal teams
Experience required:
* An experienced HR Operations Manager with through knowledge of operational HR duties including reward
* Must come from a customer services focused industry sector
* Strong people management and development capability
* Strong understanding of UK employment legislation
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and Strong Numeracy
* Strong reporting writing skills and experience of implementing legislative changes
* Strong influencer
* Confident communicator with ability to cope within a fast paced and changing environment.
