Senior IT Trainer/Senior Software Trainer, Leeds, West Yorkshire/UK wide. My client is a very successful solutions provider looking to expand their training team, by recruiting a number of experienced/senior IT Trainers. You will be a confident, adaptable trainer with experience of designing and delivering a range of courses to a range of audiences, both classroom and one to one based. The company provide bespoke products based on popular technology, so you must be able to grasp technical concepts and systems quickly, and importantly be able to convey these to a non-technical audience. The ability to consult with your clients and "sell" the benefits of change and the solutions to clients through your training is essential. This is a superb opportunity within a genuine market leader. You will not only have a great deal of input into the development of training, but also the training team have high levels of involvement in other areas of the business, so you will be very much involved in discussions with other areas of the business such as software development, product management, customer support and more. Indeed, opportunities may exist for people within the team who demonstrate their skills to move into consultancy, product or project management in the future.
