Your role and responsibilities will include:
* Schedule customer deliveries in line with customer, courier and manufacturer expectations and pre-requisites.
* Answer / Make calls within the agreed service levels.
* Ensure that every customer has been educated on 'value adds' to their respective lifestyle and situation.
* Achieve agreed goals and objectives.
* Respond to customers enquiries.
* Generate orders as required.
* Ensure that all misrouted calls are forwarded to the relevant departments.
* Complete required administration tasks.
* Work towards maintaining team KPI's.
* Support the business needs where required.
* Keep abreast of product information and supplier expectations to facilitate customer service excellence.
* Ownership of customer problems/issues ensuring regular communication and correct follow through to resolution.
