Blair Endersby is a fast growing personal insolvency company based in Manchester City Centre. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Senior Insolvency Administrator to review the work of the Insolvency Administrators and provide coaching and development support to the Insolvency Administrators and Account Managers. Ensure all technical aspects of cases are complied with via case and exception report review and to prepare variation proposals and responses to technical queries from debtors and creditors
Key Responsibilities:
Report Preparation/case review:
- To prepare and/or review variation proposals, to ensure they are accurate and correct, before they are sent to the relevant parties
- To review the detailed requirements of cases to ensure that they are supervised in using an efficient and compliant approach
- To ensure Insolvency Administrators are complying with technical requirements and processes in the preparation of wage reviews and annual reviews
- To provide feedback to Team Managers on quality and other issues arising
Coaching and Development:
- To provide coaching and development support to the Insolvency Administrators to improve performance and technical understanding
Technical Queries:
- To provide technical support to all staff on the floor
- To recognize when a decision needs to be made by a senior colleague and refer the query to them
- To cascade technical knowledge and developments to the floor
- Additional duties may be assigned or existing duties may alter as the role evolves
Skills and Experience:
- Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent.
- Proven experience in personal insolvency ideally within Drafting.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Engaging coaching style, able to build credibility at all levels, internally and externally
- Meticulous, paying close attention to accuracy and detail.
- Highly proactive and able to work on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with variety of internal and external customers at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadline, using own initiative.
- Able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a demanding and fast paced environment.
