45960767 Senior Insolvency Administrator Scotland £22000 to £28000 per annum Permanent jobs Updated 16/11/2009 18:52 Job Role Due to continued growth in the personal insolvency department, an opportunity is available for a highly motivated individual to become part of the Glasgow team, which specialises in both trust deed and sequestration appointments.
You will have experience of administering a portfolio of trust deed and/or sequestration appointments, dealing with the set up of cases and realisation of assets. Main Duties:
- Conduct a high volume of initial interviews with debtors to determine their asset position; and - Prepare a case strategy depending upon outcome of initial review
In addition you will be required to undertake administration and projects specific to personal insolvency as directed.
We are looking for individuals who can exhibit the following experience and behaviour: - Good knowledge of insolvency legislation and best practice (including Bankruptcy and Diligence) i.e. Scotland Act 2007 - Confident and articulate in your dealings (both written and verbal) - Ability to assess all of the circumstances of complex individual cases - Able to work well as part of a team or individually and as a result, be able to communicate and interact well with your colleagues - IT literate with experience of using IPS, Microsoft Word and Excel - Keen attention to detail - Good commercial awareness - Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. -
