The exciting opportunity for an experienced senior temps/interims recruiter to join the leading division of this market leading recruitment agency has arisen within the Reading office. Reporting into the Divisional Manager you will be part of a high margin, high billing team with a great reputation in the Thames Valley.
Working as part of a hard working, dedicated team in prestigious City Centre offices you will be a hard hitting recruiter with passion, drive and a track record of success in recruitment that you will bring to a this exciting role. Due to the high margins and long term bookings you will have the ability to earn great commission on your desk, top performance is rewarded with top commission with the best earning around 45% of their billings.
Basic salary is all dependent on experience and your history of billings – a strong track record of consistency and over-achievement will be highly advantageous. Working for one of the top teams in the UK you will be part of a multi-million pound revenue generating office with 2010 plans to double headcount. Supported by one of the Top UK Managers you will be given excellent opportunity for training and career development, as well as being an integral part of the next stage of growth now that they are seeing market growth.
Suitable candidates will be coming from a professional recruitment market with a contract/temp bias with the credibility to deliver senior candidates to the top end of the market – with business development experience at the senior end of the market and the skills and experience to network heavily to create new opportunities.
This would suit a recruiter who is looking to step up to a stronger market with high level margins that will ensure that you earn great commission and bill far more than your average temps finance desk.
