Client:
Our client is well known International Design and Build Company responsible for a large Multi Development project in Oman that includes 5 stars Hotels, apartment buildings, Villas site, 18 hole Golf Course, Common areas Landscape, Shopping Centre, Schools and other amenities. Total Project value is in excess of USD 1.0 billion.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Degree in Landscape Architecture
- At least 8 years professional experience working on high-end large scale landscape projects
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
- Previous Consultancy and Project Management experience related to all aspects of Landscape Architect
- Design review of submitted Consultant landscape drawings, specs and BoQ
- Preparation of design comment sheet and replies to PM comments related to Landscape discipline
- Answer Consultants queries & report writing for related Landscape discipline
- Coordination with Design Consultants and other internal departments as required
- Attend progress/coordination meetings and prepare Minutes of Meetings
- Middle East experience is highly regarded
- AutoCAD experience is required
- This role will be office based

Candidate:
- Must have 8 years of experience with 2- 3 years of experience working in the Middle East.
- Must have degree in Civil Engineering
Salary:
- Annual Salary $2000 per month
- Accommodation provided on site
