LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - CENTRAL LONDON ESTATE AGENT

AA Property Appointments have an opportunity for an experienced lettings negotiator, to join a very well established and well respected central London estate agent.

The client, who have an excellent central London presence and reputation are currently growing their Lettings team due to continued success, and are looking for a new team member, with at least 1 years lettings experience, in central London, who can add value to their existing team.

This is a great opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to really push their career forward and continue their already strong and proven track record in Lettings.

In return the company offers excellent basic salaries of up to £20,000, with an excellent commission structure, a company car, a company phone and on target earnings exceeding £50,000.

The successful applicant will be:

*Registering potential tenants
*Liaising with landlords and tenants
*Canvassing for new business
*Building and maintaining excellent relationships with landlords
*Arranging and attending viewings
*Closing sales
*Generating repeat business
*Exceeding customer expectations

To be considered for this role, applicants will have:

*Have a proven track record in lettings
*At least 12 months lettings experience in central London
*Have an excellent telephone manner
*Be well spoken and degree educated
*Be target driven, money hungry and self motivated
*Excel with face to face sales
*Local area knowledge is preferred
*Have a full drivers license with no, or minimal points.
*Offer excellent customer relations and be well presented, professional, pro-active, forward thinking and have a keen desire to learn and earn money.
*A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
