AA Property Appointments have an excellent opportunity for a talented Lettings Negotiator looking to move up into a Senior Lettings position, or a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a vibrant, dynamic and very forward thinking company, based in Northampton and covering the surrounding areas.

The client, who have an excellent reputation Nationwide and more than 100 offices, deliver nothing less than excellence and are continually expanding.

Offering a basic salary of up to £16,000, with an excellent commission structure, on target earnings of up to £35,000 and a car allowance, this is an exciting and dedicated company to join.

The successful applicant will be:

*Registering potential tenants/ buyers
*Liaising with landlords and tenants/ vendors and buyers
*Building and maintaining excellent relationships with landlords/ vendors
*Arranging and attending viewings
*Closing sales
*Generating repeat business
*Exceeding customer expectations
*Generating valuations and winning instructions

To be considered for this role, applicants will have:

*Have a proven track record in lettings
*Preferably 2 years Lettings experience
*Have an excellent telephone manner
*Be target driven, money hungry and not afraid to go the extra mile
*Excel with face to face sales
*Local area knowledge is preferred
*Have a full drivers license.
*Offer excellent customer relations and be well presented, bubbly, pro-active, forward thinking, highly self motivated and have a keen desire to learn and earn money.
*A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
