A leading Financial Services group is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Transformation within their Technology and Operations division based in Jersey.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of non-revenue generating functions into Centres of Excellence (COE) as part of the overall transformation of the IWM BI operating platform. The position will contribute to the operational integration of new products and businesses into the COE environment and you will work close alignment to the strategic direction of the IWM business.
Breakdown of role:
- 20% Strategic direction and initiative management
- 30% Relationship Management - interfacing with business unit partners and stakeholders across Technology and Operations
- 50% Operational efficiency - consolidation of Cof Es across IWM BI
Requirements:
- Proven and significant experience in a senior management role within a high volume, operations environment
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Proven people management skills; experience in managing teams through change
- Strong innovative, problem-solving and analytical skills; a self starter capable of functioning in an autonomous manner
- Ability to translate business strategy and goals into practical project plans
- Considerable knowledge of cees, trust and banking businesses and operations
- Good organisational awareness within IWM BI
- Deep knowledge of process and continuous improvement concepts and techniques and the capability and desire to learn and absorb new methodologies and techniques
- EU Authorised only due to work permit restrictions
