Prestigious financial institution seeks strong people manager with a solid risk or quantitative analysis background, which must include knowledge of capital modelling and management.
This is a senior requiring the proven ability to lead and motivate a team of high calibre, extremely well qualified individuals in a constantly changing, high profile environment.A track record of driving change and reforming agendas whilst also personally delivering on a technical level is essential and will be complemented by confident presentation skills and the presence and gravitas essential to retain credibility amongst peers and external counterparties.
The successful candidate will have a superior level of academic achievement that will include a strong bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject and, ideally, a relevant Masters Degree and accountancy qualification.Previous financial services experience is essential and will include exposure to stress testing, capital management or economic capital modelling.The ideal individual will also demonstrate a good knowledge of the UK regulatory environment.
