Job Title: Senior Marketing Analyst ? ECM Campaigns
Location: London
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus, London Weighting & Benefits
Job Purpose
The role is based within Customer Experience List Management and will involve supporting the Business Units and Group with the implementation of all Prospect and ECM customer campaigns
Main Accountabilities
- Analyse selection requirements and liaise with Business accordingly
- Develop SAS and SQL programs to report on selections and create mailing files
- Audit and validate the data through-out the end to end campaign process
- Perform quality work (accurate and clear)
- Relationship Management with internal and external customers
- Agree and define process for SLA with key stakeholders in terms of defining performance metrics, supply of data and production of MI
- Proactive stakeholder management & good communication skills
- Continue to review and improve all processes and procedures
Technical Skills/Competencies
- Good understanding of Direct Marketing activity within an Existing Customer & Prospect Environment
- Excellent technical skills, especially SAS, Excel and SQL. With an aptitude and appetite to gain new skills rapidly.
- Excellent data handling and analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in a competent manner to both internal and external customers.
