Job Role


To ensure that the annual marketing plan for pensions and retirement products is agreed, reviewed and executed to timescale and budget.

To align the activities associated with pensions and retirement planning marketing with the priorities and operating goals of the Marketing Department, Operations Division and the Group as a whole, with particular reference to the Annual Sales Operating Plan.

To develop and maintain relationships with the Group`s chosen third party suppliers, which encourage the provision of high standards of quality, service and value for money.

To monitor the impact of pensions and retirement planning related marketing activities on the objectives of the business, and seek ways to add value to the business.

We are looking for a person with the following qualities:
- Customer focussed - prioritising customer needs to deliver quality products, advice and service to internal and external customers.
- Significant marketing experience in pensions and retirement planning products.
- Team player and relationship builder (with external contacts, business partners and colleagues).
- Highly motivated to deliver on promises to the business.
- Strong initiative to pre-empt / deal with opportunities /problems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experienced in coaching and developing staff.
