The role:
*To work with business partners to provide effective marketing strategies utilising both internal and external capabilities to deliver the most value to the relationship.
*To ensure they are capitalising and driving business from a partner's own distribution channels and customers.
*To evaluate new channels and communication strategies to deliver increased revenue, penetration or response.
*To manage the Joint Marketing fund with key partners and ensure that any Junction investment has the appropriate return.
*To support the Business Development team in understanding and sizing opportunity and provide marketing plans and input into tenders, where necessary.
You must be able to demonstrate:
*Strategic marketing planning along with the development of marketing plans.
*Management of external agencies.
*Direct marketing experience - both on and off line.
*The management and development of teams.
*The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Excellent written and communication skills and the ability to present at all levels.
*Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
