You will be tasked with Implementing merchandising plans to deliver a high level of customer service through the appropriate channel. Identifying opportunities to improve performance whilst delivering inspiring merchandise standards compliant with regulatory requirements. You will also develop, motivate and manage the team to deliver the defined category sales and profit targets. You will have 4 direct reports and report directly into the Head of Merchandising.
The successful candidate will currently be working as a Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser and will have experience of supply and inventory process knowledge.You will be highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
