Senior Noise Specialist, Glasgow
On behalf of our client we are currently looking for an experienced Noise Specialist/Consultant. Our client are looking for someone with sound experience in environmental, industrial and construction noise monitoring, prediction, modelling and analysis, vehicle noise and vibration measurements, and development and support to air quality models and monitoring. For this role you will have experience in the completion of comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessments/Environmental Statements chapters covering large scale mixed-use developments, windfarms,, residential suitability assessments, operational impact assessments (including, plant noise and delivery noise).
Within the role you will be tasked with project management on a variety of sized projects, line management of junior staff and assisting in bid preparation and business development where possible. The current workload includes Environmental noise projects, assisting in the compilation of reports to support planning applications as well as completing Noise Impact Assessments and offering Expert Witness services where required.
