After a recent restructure, the company has discovered that they require someone with excellent analytical abilities, gained at a consumer facing organisation, to join their team. The role will require you to improve understanding of company's current and prospective customers via data analysis and modelling. The insights gained will assist in refining the performance of digital marketing with an understanding of the nature, behaviour and value of the customers acquired.
This role will have a Pan-European focus as you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Monitoring performance of the websites performance - Interrogate data to discover consumer trends & raise proposals for improvements - Look at profitability of different direct marketing channels - Manage supplier relationships for display including trading agreements - Share findings and reports with markets and executive team
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar fast paced, online environment, where you will have had responsibility for creating and managing analytical research projects, with a focus on consumer behaviour and channel performance. Prior experience of web analytics (Omniture) is crucial, as would experience of business intelligence tools such as Cognos.
