The Role:
Development and then operation of a central production unit
Responsible for taking the idea from concept to implementation to successful operation
Ensure the maximum productivity and profitability of the business whilst maintaining high standards of quality
Dealing with 3rd party suppliers and the logistical aspect of the operation
The Person:
MUST have experience of setting up a central production kitchen
A background from retail catering and bakery is a definite plus
Candidates with a strong background as an executive chef who has set up large scale production kitchens will be considered
Experience of working with training and development
Passionate about customer service
