Job Role:
Responsibilities include to develop a detailed working knowledge of designated clients, to control the output, quality and accuracy of work produced by the team, to supervise the calculation of individual benefits for scheme exits and projected benefits. To deal with annual renewals including preparation of data, to maintain and develop technical knowledge, to deputise for the the team leader and attend admin/trustees meetings where appropriate. Skills & Experience: Demonstrable skill in a similar role is essential. Ideally qualified with a Diploma of Pension Clarification (DPC) . Will support through study to attain a DPC. Another pension qualificatioin such as a QPA or PMI would be advantageous.
Personal Attributes:
First class communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills. Supervisory skills. Sound knowledge of pensions. The ability to work well under pressure.
