The successful applicant will play a key role in paving the way for our continued success.

The key responsibilities for the Senior Performance Analyst (Cost) role will include:

• Work closely with the regions to produce granular data on cost
• Provide accurante and timely monthyly feedback in relation to cost on bids
• Work within the pricing function to deliver a national framework to help drive commercial performance regionally
• Analyse and recommend actions in relation to trend data on cost

The successful Senior Performance Analyst (Cost) will have:

• Accountancy, Commercial, Estimating or Quantity Surveying background and qualifications
• Clear industry knowledge linked to Bid and Tender pricing
• Clear understanding of differing cost models and commercial/contractual relationships
• Ability to drill down to detailed data and resolve identified issues
