Senior Planner (Oil and Gas) - Khabarovsk (Russia)
Salary Negotiable (Depending on experience)
I am representing is an international general contractor, engaging in the engineering, design and construction of various types of industrial facilities throughout the world. My client is one of the leaders in Europe in the design and construction of oil and gas facilities, and one of the world leaders in the refinery construction sector.
Petrochemical Refinery Facility Upgrade Project, where an ideal candidate would fulfil all the requirements below:
Necessary skills and qualifications
-BSc Engineering Degree
-At least 8+y engineering experience.
-With experience on Refinery Construction and Renovation projects (Petrochemical Industry)
-Extensive experience of working in Russia or Commonwealth of Independent States on similar projects
-Must be an expert with the Russian codes particularly GOST, SNIPS, etc.
-You must be fluent level in Russian
-Also, fluency in English
-Russian or Commonwealth of Independent States Nationals would be preferred due to necessary work permit allocation
Additional requirements:
-Ability in handling local contractor for Petrochemical Plants and Refineries
-Client liaison
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Effective interdisciplinary coordination
-Relevant IT background
