Based from our client`s West Midlands office you will oversee site appraisals, method statements, tender programmes, contract and target programmes, logistic proposals, site progress reports and preliminary pricing.
You will be responsible for producingcompetitive and realistic tender plans, programmes and contract programmes and have a thorough understanding of project, scope of works and restrictions imposed by contractual and site conditions, ensuring health & safety issues are considered when compiling programmes.
With a proven track record in a similar role you will have a full understanding and awareness of:
- Planning techniques and processes
- Risk management techniques and value creation
- Health and safety issues
- Environmental legislation and issues
