My client is seeking a Senior Construction Planning Engineer who has a strong knowledge of the tender process and also working on site on large construction projects, preferably projects such as schools and prisons. Reporting to the Planning Manager you will join a team of 5 planners and initially be responsible for tendering for new business. As and when new projects are won you will be given the opportunity to take the project to site and see it through to it's completion giving you full project life cycle exposure and a varied role.
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you are able to demonstrate both tender planning experience and experience of planning on live construction sites in the UK. In addition you will have first class communication skills and be a proficient user of Asta Powerproject.
This is an opportunity offering a varied role that will provide the successful candidate exposure of handling projects from cradle to the grave. On offer is a basic salary of up to £50,000 plus an attractive benefits package including car / car allowance, pension, healthcare etc.
