Our client is a leading Contractor is Abu Dhabi. In recent years they have been involved in some of the most iconic buildings in the region and have grown hugely as an organsitation.
They are looking for a Senior Planning Manager who can lead the Planning team.
The right candidate will be a Bachelor in Civil Engineer, having a minimum of 20 years experience with contractors, must have worked as a Planning Manager and handled prestigious / best quality and complex high rise building (Residential / Commercial, Hotels or Hospitals) projects worth more than U.S. USD 150M each with leading contracting companies. You must be hands on and capable of leading a team of planners, proficient in Primavera and Excel spreadsheet software and able to set up project plans independently in excess of 10,000 activities with resource loading, updates and reports. Knowledge of cost control is an advantage.
Skills
Degree in Civil Engineering is essential
