Senior Project Manager - Medical Devices - Cambridge
A leading consultancy firm within the Medical Devices sector has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project manager with experience running Medical Devices Projects within a number of different specialisms. The role has become available due to the development of new clients resulting in the creation of a new team, which you will be heading up.
You will be responsible for choosing a team of Medical Device specialists who will be able to complete a range of projects across the Medical Device field, so you will need to have man management experience and ideally have a client facing background. As this is a consultancy company you will be working on many different types of projects from new versions of measuring equipment to brand new scanning systems so it is essential for you to have Project Managed or Programme Managed Medical Device projects.
As this is a consultancy company you will need to have very strong communications skills as you will need to converse with the clients and other departments, over the phone, face to face and written. It is required for you to have a 2:1 or 1st degree in Science, Design or Engineering discipline to keep in line with the rest of the organisation.
