The successful candidate will have strong full lifecycle, multiple project, software delivery experience in an Agile / Scrum environment (you are likely to be a Scrum Master although not essential). As a Senior Project Manager you must also have experience of setting up / working with offshore models and have strong change management and delivery skills.

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager (Prince 2, Scrum Master, Java, Offshore):
Working as a Senior Project Manager, based near Reading, Berkshire, for one of the leading software companies in their field is a fantastic opportunity to deliver multiple software, Java related development projects. The successful candidate will have strong full lifecycle, multiple project, software delivery experience in an Agile / Scrum environment (you are likely to be a Scrum Master although not essential). As a Senior Project Manager you must also have experience of setting up / working with offshore models and have strong change management and delivery skills.
You will have experience of matrix management, the ability to manage and influence teams, have excellent communication skills and be able to see the bigger picture. Strong attention to detail and someone who is driven to succeed are also admirable qualities for this role. Any experience of the law or legal industries would be advantageous but by no means essential.
As a crucial part of the Project team you will develop enhancements to the existing product set and develop new products in line with strategic product roadmaps. You will manage projects / programmes through to their successful delivery in line with budget and schedule, establish project / programme resource requirements and take ownership of the project throughout.
