Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Location:Buckinghamshire
Salary:Up to £38,000 + Excellent Benefits

They currently have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who will be responsible for creating an environment that continually improves the cost, quality and delivery of company products. The quality team are responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are met through developing value added processes, methods and standards for the company's products
Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Key Responsibilities
*Deputise for the Quality Manager in their absence
*To promote value added Quality principles and facilitate improvement throughout the business process
*To understand and communicate internal / external customer requirements and ensure compliance
*Able to Review, understand and comment upon Design Specifications and Acceptance Documentation
*Working knowledge of Problem Solving techniques, to enable and manage efficient root cause investigation
*Qualified auditor able to carry out Supplier, Internal and External Quality Audits.
*Write Quality plans, Process models/ workflows instructions and procedures.
*Analyse and Report on Failure Data.
*Assess the latest Quality Standards and advise management of the best methods of implementation.
Successful candidates will ideally have experience of working in a Senior Quality Position within the Electronic/Mechanical engineering industry, preferably within the Aerospace/Defence/Nuclear sectors, possess an HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline and have experience of conducting QA engineering activities. Experience of Quality Management Standards, QA techniques & principles and a Trained Lead Auditor would be highly advantageous.
