- A leading national and international recruitment organisation, formed over 20 years ago and specialising in a number of key principal sectors.
- Their FMCG/Retail division specialises in the appointment of sales, marketing and operations professionals for national and international companies, handling positions from junior management to director level.
- The organisation has exciting plans for the future and is looking to bring in further consultants to maintain and accelerate their growth.
Position
- They are looking to attract a Senior Consultant to assist them in further developing the FMCG/Retail sector.
- Clients needs are fulfilled via all the usual methodologies including national advertising, retained search, and also by contingency.
- They have preferred supplier status with many of their clients and your role will be a mix of business development and account management.
- Vacancies & assignments handled will typically be middle to senior management, sales & marketing positions.
Requirement
- Successful senior recruitment experience within almost any sector and degree educated (or equivalent)
- Alternatively you may have forged a successful career within the FMCG or Retail sector and would consider moving into recruitment.
- A strong team player, able to gain respect from your candidates and clients, with outstanding communication & presentation skills
